USCMAの学歴証明書＆職務経歴書送付について
USCMAの２つの試験が終了したため、資格取得に必要な要件をすべて満たしました。
試験合格後は、学歴証明書と職務履歴を送る必要があります。
そのうち、学歴証明については以下の要件が書いてあります
・卒業した大学がリストに記載されていること
→handbookにリストがありますので、そこで自分の大学があるか確認します
・卒業した大学から直接IMAに送付すること
・PDFファイルでメールすること
ちなみに、私の卒業した大学では電子データでは卒業証明や成績証明を提出しない、と言われました。
そこで以下の通り問い合わせしました。

I would like to confirm how to submit the education qualification.
I confirmed my graduated university whether they can send education qualification in PDF format directly to IMA, but they replied they can't.
I have two alternative ways to submit.
1. Instead of University, after I receive the qualification, I will transfer it to PDF format and send it to IMA mail address by myself.
2. University can send their paper education qualification directly to IMA office
If choice 2 is acceptable, please let me know which office the University send the qualification.
(There is no IMA number on the education qualification, the only key information that connect IMA member information and the education qualification is the name)
I would really appreciate it if you could give the guidance on how to submit the education qualification.

Thank you for your membership in IMA and your participation in the CMA Certification Program.
To complete the education requirement, you must satisfy one of the following education requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree, in any field, from an accredited college or university.
A partial listing of accredited International and US institutions is available at: http://univ.cc/world.php.
If your institution is within the US, please select the “United States” hyperlink located to the right of “World Listing”.
Degrees that are not accredited must be evaluated by an independent agency. A listing of these agencies can be found at www.aice-eval.org or http://www.naces.org/members.htm.
If you cannot locate your college or university on the accredited listing, please contact us at ima@imanet.org.

要するに、とりあえずメールで送れってことだな、と理解しました。
大学から自分に成績証明書を送ってもらい、PDFにしてメールしました。
そしたら送って１日で「確認した」と連絡が来て、IMAのmypageの表記も確認済になったので、自分で送れば大丈夫です。
次に、職務経歴書ですが、こちらは指定のフォームがあるのでそれをダウンロードして記載しメールで送ります。
サインは自分のサインのみです。
中に自分の職務経歴を証明してくれる人とその連絡先を記載する箇所があります。
確認の連絡が入る場合があると。
私の場合は現職がCMAの資格取得に適した職務だったので、上司を書き、念のため上司に記載した旨連絡してから送りました。
特に上司のところに連絡がくることもなく、２日ほどで確認済になりました。
ということで、基本的には自分でメールで送ればよく、
「directly from university」や「directly from company」は無視して大丈夫そうです。
IMAのオフィスの方はかなりメールの返信も早いため、何かわからないことがあれば問い合わせてみればいいと思います。
